We do have some options for you to tow a trailer with a clevis mount but the Buyers Products Adjustable Tri-Ball Mount # 3371802225 that you referenced doesn't have provisions for that.
Instead you can either use the Convert-A-Ball # CAB-6W which comes with 3 different hitch ball sizes plus the clevis or the Curt # C45008 which has 2 hitch balls and the clevis but you need a shank like part # C17100 to mount it to for adjustability.

The Dexter 2-Tang Clevis # T1807800 has mounting holes that will line up with the BulletProof Hitches 2-Ball Mount for 2-1/2" Hitches # MD254, but the Clevis uses 3/4" pins while the BulletProof shank uses 5/8" pins for the ball mount. So while the holes line up, the Clevis requires slightly larger pins so it's going to have some play.

The Curt 81960 clevis hooks you referenced have a 1" opening, and the safety chain loops of Curt hitch # C15802 are approximately 1-1/8" wide so you would be able to use them, but the hooks would not quite close. For Curt clevis hooks with a larger opening there is the # C81970 which has a 1-1/3" opening, as well as the # C81980, which has an opening of 1-1/4".

We have 3 different adapters for a B&W Tow & Stow and it all just depends on the size of your hitch receiver:
2" - # BWTS35100B
2-1/2" - # BWTS35200B
3" - # BWTS35300B
These have 1-1/8" diameter holes for the clevis pin and will do just fine if you're going to be towing at slower speeds. For a safety chain that will be sufficient for most gooseneck trailers I really like the Fulton Safety Chain with Clevis Hook part # FCHA0050324. This safety chain has a grade 70 rating with large clevis hook. You will need two of them for your trailer. The end opposite of the clevis hook will attach to the nose of a trailer via a bolt and the clevis hook will attach to the gooseneck hitch you have in your truck bed.
